Wood: Made from Blackwood or Rosewood, as customer demands, Rosewood is low cost as compared to Blackwood. However Blackwood is more dense and best for tonal quality. Usually the Blackwood bombard is widely used by professionals whereas Rosewood is usually used more by beginners.

Keys: Keys are made from Brass with simple polish or Nickel platted.

Ferrule: Ferrule and ring is machined from Plastic.

Reed: Cane reed
